As often happens, my questions evolved into a long conversation, by the end of which I had some new and unexpected clarity about how I see myself as an executive coach.
I don’t know if conversations like this can be engaging for an outside audience.

The Empty Throne

I wanted to know whether I could rely on devotion to my teacher alone, and not worry so much about all sentient beings.
It occurred to me that I could just ask Rinpoche the question now, so I did, imagining him sitting in his throne on the stage.

It’s proven surprisingly useful, so I want to share it with you here.
Many people are experimenting with AI for therapy, but the tool I’ve built takes advantage of unusual structural properties in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model.
Unlike many therapeutic modalities, IFS comes with a user manual. The role of the therapist is not to diagnose or to heal the client, but rather to guide them step-by-step through the relevant protocols.
